I am the Co-Chair once again for the Hart House Finance Committee at UofT. I plan campus events, vote on the House’s budget, and organize financial literacy workshops and community events, resulting in improved access to knowledge on money management, funding opportunities, and investing for women and international students.

Pilates And Yoga Club | Founder, President

I have a great passion for movement and wellness and wanted to create an empowering community at UofT to bring together students who also love or want to explore Pilates and Yoga; thus this club was born. Check out our Social Media

Our club of 500+ members is women-run and founded with the vision to support students as they work on their health and strength, become more in tune with their body, meet new people, and have fun doing it!

I have coordinated and hosted over 25 free classes and events open to all students and staff. Collaborations included the Mental Health Association, Women in Medicine, and the Islamic Relief club, among many.

UofT Farm | Project Assistant

The Hart House Farm is an amazing asset and learning space of the University of Toronto, located in Caledon Hills on the ridge of the Niagara Escarpment.

I analyzed and presented 5 years of comprehensive data on farm bookings and sales, organizing information to highlight areas of improvement and valuable trends in an impactful slide deck. The findings are then used to enable more efficient allocation of resources and support new strategies.

UofT Sustainability Ambassador

Ranked the most sustainable university in the world, UofT has a lot to be proud of and a lot to keep working on. As an ambassador, I got to engage students with impactful sustainability initiatives and booths to raise awareness of what the university is doing as an institution (big picture) and on the micro-scale across our communities. The goal was to build interest and excitement for campus sustainability.

UofT Youth Advisory Committee | Chair

I was the 2021-2022 chair of the Hart House Youth Advisory Council (HHYAC) at the University Of Toronto, which is the key leadership role on the council, coordinating the work of the group and liaising with the staff advisor, senior advisor, and Hart House.

The HHYAC comprises Ontario high school students who work together on projects and share perspectives and goals for our community and council. We worked to promote advocacy, civic engagement, and community connection.

The CITY Project
I led and worked with my council on a contest for youth called the CITY Project (Climate Impacts on Toronto Youth). We collected art and photograph submissions from around Toronto that illustrated perspectives and experiences relating to environmental challenges. Two winners were chosen to receive the grand prize and all submissions are hung on the walls of UofT's Hart House. Virtual Gallery of Submissions
